Product Description:

This product is a wax lotion developed for the water-based varnish and coating industry, which can significantly improve the surface performance of the coating, and improve the wear resistance, smoothness, adhesion resistance and other properties of the coating. At the same time, this product has little impact on the gloss and transparency of the coating. This product has excellent alcohol resistance and good compatibility and storage stability when mixed with solvents such as methanol and ethanol in large proportions.

3、 Performance characteristics

1. This product is recommended to be added in the later stage of coating production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage is 3% -8% of water-based coatings, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The maximum dosage can reach 10%.

3. It can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4. It can be added in methanol and ethanol solutions. It is recommended to dilute the wax lotion in a ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 with methanol and ethanol. If ethanol is added to the system after dilution, the effect will be better.

4、 Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.
